Σύντομο Βιογραφικό

Είμαι ειδικός σε μελέτες πεδίου στα χερσαία οικοσυστήματα, μελετάω την οικολογία και την κατανομή σε θηλαστικά και ειδικότερα Τρωκτικά και Εντομοφάγα. Είμαι πτυχιούχος δασολογίας με μεταπτυχιακές σπουδές στην περιβαλλοντική βιολογία. Από το 2012 εργάζομαι στο Εργαστήριο των Σπονδυλωτών του Μουσειου Φυσικής Ιστορίας Κρήτης.

Είμαι υπεύθυνος για την οργάνωση και τον εμπλουτισμό της συλλογής εμεσμάτων του ΜΦΙΚ, καθώς και την εκπαίδευση σε θέματα ανάλυσης εμεσμάτων.

Ασχολούμαι με δειγματοληψίες θηλαστικών και συγκεκριμένα σε παγιδεύσεις, συλλογή εμεσμάτων και βιοδηλώτικων, και τη χρήση φωτοπαγίδων.

Έχω μεγάλη εμπειρία στη χρήση συστημάτων γεωγραφικής πληροφορίας (GIS) και την ανάλυση δεδομένων, σε θέματα που αφορούν την κατανομή και την οικολογία χερσαίων σπονδυλωτών.
