Ερευνητικά ενδιαφέροντα
Η Όλγα Μπερδιάκη ως υπεύθυνη Εκπαίδευσης στην Έκθεση ΜΦΙΚ συντονίζει όλες τις απαιτούμενες ενέργειες και συμμετέχει στον σχεδιασμό και την υλοποίηση όλων των εκπαιδευτικών δραστηριοτήτων. Παιδαγωγός προσχολικής ηλικίας και Μουσειοπαιδαγωγός με πολλά χρόνια εμπειρίας σε μουσεία και χώρους εκπαίδευσης εντός κι εκτός Κρήτης. Tο 2001 ξεκίνησε τη συνεργασία της με το Μουσείο Φυσικής Ιστορίας Κρήτης και από τότε έως σήμερα επιδιώκει να αναδείξει έναν άλλο τρόπο επίσκεψης στο μουσείο, αυτόν της βιωματικής μάθησης και της ενεργούς συμμετοχής.

Η Όλγα Μπερδιάκη ζει και εργάζεται στο Ηράκλειο Κρήτης. Έχει κάνει σπουδές ως Παιδαγωγός προσχολικής ηλικίας και Ειδική παιδαγωγός άτυπης εκπαίδευσης.
Αποφάσισε ότι μπορεί να συνδυάσει τις γνώσεις της από τις σπουδές και να οργανώνει εκπαιδευτικές δραστηριότητες για παιδιά και οικογένειες, σε μουσεία και άλλους χώρους.
Έτσι μετά από περιπλάνηση σε μουσεία και χώρους εκπαίδευσης της Αθήνας και του Ηρακλείου, απέκτησε εμπειρία και γνώσεις στο Θεατρικό παιχνίδι, στις κατασκευές, στο κουκλοθέατρο, στο θέατρο σκιών, στην αφήγηση παραμυθιών, στην οργάνωση παιδικών party, στις παιδικές καλοκαιρινές κατασκηνώσεις (σε εσωτερικό και εξωτερικό χώρο) και φυσικά στο στήσιμο και την εμψύχωση εκπαιδευτικών προγραμμάτων σε μουσεία της Αθήνας και της Κρήτης.
Το 2001 συναντήθηκε με το Μουσείο Φυσικής Ιστορίας. Η συνεργασία τους συνεχίζεται έως και σήμερα με πλήθος προγραμμάτων, εκδηλώσεων για οικογένειες, εκπαιδευτικά πακέτα, καλοκαιρινά προγράμματα για παιδιά, εορταστικά εργαστήρια, κουκλοθέατρο και άλλα πολλά.
Στόχος της είναι η επίσκεψη στο μουσείο να γίνει εξερεύνηση, η μάθηση παιχνίδι και οι αναμνήσεις εφόδιο για νέες περιπέτειες.
