Yellow-legged Gull, Larus michahellis, juvenile and 1st summer

Photo of a juvenile and 1st summer individuals of the Yellow-legged Gull, Larus michahellis. The little Yellow legged Gulls, in their first flights show their dark feathers with many stripes. A year later, next July, wings have heavily moulted feathers and body changes with some signs of adult plumage to rise on.
