Photo of a sample of Serpentinite, bought at Farsala, Greece, in 2000. It is a metamorphic rock with main ingredient the serpentine, containing also asbestos, talc and chlorite. It does not expose schistosity and is massive. Its color is light green to gray-green and brown-green. It feels soapy.
