Primerose, Primula vulgaris

Photo of Primerose, Primula vulgaris, in its natural environment. This short perennial, has large obovate toothed leaves and solitary pale yellow flowers. It grows in woodland clearings and damp meadows. It occurs in mainland Greece and western Crete.
