Photo of Spanish Hedge-nettle, Prasium majus, in its natural environment. This is a perennial, short, woody shrub, with edible oval toothed leaves and white flowers that grow in pairs. It grows among phrygana and rocky habitats and flowers in April-May. It is a popular plant for salads.
