Registration and payment We recommend that you read through the information pages before starting to register. The form is secure and if you decide to pay with credit card, your credit card information is encrypted during the registration process. Every participant is requested to pay the registration fee, which includes necessary conference items/activities such as the conference booklet, coffee/tea at the coffee break, and the welcome party and the banquet. Registered members are entitled to present communications and to attend all the works of the congress, the opening and closing ceremonies, free coffee breaks, social events (that will be announced in the web-site), one copy of the book of abstracts, and one congress bag with useful material. The mid-congress excursion and any possible additional events will be extra charged. How to Register If you are interested in participating in our congress, please fill out the registration form. The registration fees do not include accommodation, meals and travel costs. Cancellations Cancellations received before July 15, 2009 will be fully returned. No refund will be made for cancellations received after this date.
